Kia ora, my name is Maya! I joined Capital Training in 2026 as a Learner Coordinator. I have previously worked as a Teacher Aide and bring experience supporting young people both academically and personally. I also have experience in counselling support, which has strengthened my ability to listen, respond with empathy, and help learners navigate challenges with confidence. I am passionate about creating a safe and encouraging environment where students feel supported to achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and keeping busy.
