Mike purchased Capital Training Limited in March 2011. Prior to that Mike had been the business advisor for the company for 8 years. He worked closely with the owners providing strategic and financial advice.

Prior to Mike entering the educational industry he spent 11 years as the moneyman for a multi-national organisation turning over more than $150 million a year, during which time the business grew 400 percent. Coordinating manufacturing operations in Mexico, UK, Japan, North America and New Zealand required a working knowledge of the intricacies of international tax regimes as well as restructuring parts of the business to allow for better growth.

With an MBA from Victoria University, he has broad skills for improving the ongoing running of organisations, dealing with employees, finance, accounting, marketing and taxation.
