Rachel has been with Capital Training for over 10 years and during that time she has worn many hats. She started as a Youth Tutor helping students gain NCEA 1, 2 and 3. She was promoted to Team Leader and Youth Manager, but since having a family of her own has worked with us part-time as an adult computer tutor and STAR literacy and numeracy teacher. Rachel has gained a lot of skills working with a lot of different learners in that time, she gets excellent results out of her learners and prides herself in the relationships she builds with them.
