As the previous Learner Coordinator for the Upper Hutt Centre, Hayley became interested in more than just the administrative side of things at Capital Training. She loves being able to engage with the learners, is passionate about helping them succeed and ensuring they have the right tools to do so.

Hayley started her tutoring path by working alongside the level one tutor, to help our learners gain their literacy and numeracy credits and improve these valuable life skills. Hayley finds it so encouraging to see the learners succeeding with her help, so when the role for tutor became available, she jumped at the chance.
