Julia has been part of the Capital Training team for over 10 years and has a great understanding of our people, our culture, and the mahi we do. She now supports the organisation in her roles as HR Coordinator and Business Solutions Consultant.

As our HR Coordinator, Julia supports our people and managers across all areas of HR, helping with everything from everyday questions through to the nitty gritty HR aspects that keep our organisation running smoothly.

In her Business Solutions Consultant role, Julia provides coordination and administration support for our Workplace Literacy and Numeracy team, helping take care of the behind-the-scenes details that allow our tutors to focus on supporting learners and stakeholders.
Julia enjoys being around people, having a good chat, solving problems, and helping things run a little smoother. She loves being part of a team that makes a real difference for learners, employers, and the community, and brings a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a bit of fun to the workplace.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with family and is kept busy with their two greyhounds and two horses. Between family life and animal antics, there is always something happening!
