COURSE DESCRIPTION

Capital Training offers fully funded, partially funded and customised training solutions for workplace training so we can look to offer a company wide training solution.

Our highly trained business solutions facilitators are skilled in the area of workplace training, and customize the learning outcomes to each employee, while responding to the business requirements at hand.

We can assess your staff to identify training solutions, as well as manage the delivery. We will work alongside your business so that there is minnimal disruption to your business. We tend to train on site and utilise the workplace as a learning tool to maximise your return on investment.

We work with 1-100+ employees and no training need is to big or small. We believe in the value of workplace training and have seen the tremendous impact it can have on employees regarding: workplace confidence, efficient and effective completion of work tasks and innovative solutions to work issues.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

As programmes are customised to each workplace or individual, study content will vary.  However, examples of training covered are:

• Upskilling reading, writing or maths
• Filling out forms
• Comprehension of policies and procedures
• Completing incident reports
• Following and giving instructions
• Understanding compliance requirements
• Estimating or calculating quantities
• Problem solving

This is a foundation level programme for NZ citizens or residents that are in the paid workforce.

Between 10 and 40 weeks; 1-4 hours per week
