Just over a year ago we placed one of our TFW learners who’d had a very limited work history into work experience on the Helpdesk at a Telecommunications company. She was then employed on a permanent basis. Today we’ve just been informed she’s been promoted to a Team Leader position with two direct reports. She’s just sent us the following message “I wouldn’t have got to where I am today without the help and support of Capital Training!”
