COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our Employment Preparation Course is funded by the Ministry of Social Development, with the primary objective to equip participants with work-ready skills and help them find paid employment. Currently, this course focuses solely on the contact centre industry, to prepare clients for roles within specific contact centre organisations. Our contact centre course will help you apply for jobs and prepare for the interview process, whilst giving you some insight into working in a contact centre.

WHO CAN ENROL?
This course is for New Zealand Wellington region Work and Income clients who want to work in a contact centre and who have an obligation to undertake full-time or part-time employment; or an obligation to prepare for, and or be available for work.
WHERE CAN I STUDY?
The course is available at our New Zealand, Thorndon Quay (Wellington) site.
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?
Our courses run for 3-4 weeks, unless you get a job sooner!
ARE THERE ANY COSTS?
This course is fees FREE – we’ll also provide free breakfast and cover your travel costs!
WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?
After completing the course, if you haven’t found employment in a contact centre the course was focussed on, you will still have gained the skills and confidence you need to help you find employment elsewhere. We will also continue to help you and present you with other opportunities as they arise.
